New to HOTT?
You don’t need to be “good” at Pilates to start. Our classes are designed to be challenging but approachable, with instructors guiding you throughout the entire experience.
Come as you are, move at your own pace, and take the options that feel best for your body.

Heated classes are taught in a hot room designed to help you sweat, move, and build heat throughout the body.

Yes — HOTT offers both hot and non-hot mat Pilates classes.

Yes. Our classes are designed for all levels.
We recommend starting with a class that feels aligned with your comfort level and remembering that everyone moves differently. Our instructors will guide you throughout class and offer layers and options so you can work at your own pace.
Take your time, listen to your body, and never hesitate to ask your instructor for modifications if needed! We’re here to support you throughout the experience.

No — mats are provided for all classes.
We do require a towel to place over your mat for comfort and cleanliness. You’re welcome to bring your own, or towels are available for purchase at the studio.

Yes — A towel is mandatory for all classes. If you don't have one with you, you're welcome to rent or purchase one at the studio before class.

No — grip socks are not required, you’re welcome to wear them if preferred.

In heated classes, yes, definitely. In non-heated classes, also probably.

Yes. Change rooms are available for clients to use before and after class.

Yes — showers are available at the studio for client use.

Free street parking in the mornings until 8:30 am and after 7:30 pm Monday-Friday, free until 10 am on Saturday and free all day Sunday. There is also a paid lot directly in front of the studio and several available nearby. For more available parking and nearby free parking visit www.Parkopedia.ca
We recommend arriving a few minutes early before class to give yourself enough time to park and get settled in. -
Yes — we offer retail items including water and mat towels at the studio.
Registration & Booking

Doors are locked once classes begin. Please make sure to arrive early.

Classes can be booked directly through our website or booking app. We recommend reserving your spot ahead of time, especially for peak class times.

If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll automatically be added into the class and notified by email or text.
You may be added into class up to 2 hours before it begins. If you do not receive a confirmation notification, you have not made it into the class.
If you no longer wish to attend while on the waitlist, please remove yourself before being added into class. Standard late cancellation policies will apply if you are added into class within 12 hours of the start time and cancel afterward.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

Classes canceled within our 12-hour cancellation window will result in a $10 late cancellation fee.
If you do not attend your scheduled class and do not cancel in advance, a $20 no-show fee will apply.

Yes — classes with fewer than 4 participants may be canceled.
If a class is being canceled, clients will be notified via email at least 4 hours before the class start time. Early morning classes will be canceled by 9 PM the night before.

Yes — instructors may change prior to the class.
Memberships & Credits

Our class packages expire as follows:
5-Class Package: Expires after 3 months
10-Class Package: Expires after 6 months
20-Class Package: Expires after 12 months
The expiry period begins on the date of purchase. Non refundable or transferable

Memberships begin on the date of your first booked class, not the date of purchase.

Yes — you are able to freeze your membership for up to 30 days. For freezes greater than 30 days, there is a $10/month freeze charge. For more information and details on how to proceed please contact our team at contact@somapilates.studio

To cancel your membership, please contact our team at contact@somapilates.studio.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your next billing date to process a cancellation request.
Membership rates are subject to change, and if you choose to cancel and rejoin at a later date, any new membership purchase would be at the current available rates.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

All sales and services are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

Health & Safety

We always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before starting any new form of movement.
Please let your instructor know before class if you have any injuries, limitations, or are pregnant so we can help provide appropriate modifications.

For health, safety, and liability reasons, the minimum age to participate in a class is 18 years old.
